Selectorized strength training that utilizes the same motions and inspiration behind Hammer Strength plate-loaded machines. Hammer Strength MTS incorporates the biomechanics of patented Iso-Lateral technology with the ease and convenience of selectorized weight stacks.
The MTS Iso-Lateral Incline Press was blueprinted from human movement. Separate weight stacks engage independently diverging and converging pressing motions for equal strength development and muscle stimulation variety. The overhead pivot provides a natural arc of shoulder motion, and the seat back is angled for easy entry and exit.
